This ministry focuses on outreach for the homeless, supports centers for trafficking victims in recovery, provides pastoral counseling, and cares for the sick with holistic medicine through education and natural remedies. Ms. Penn has training as an anger management specialist, crisis chaplain, ordained minister, trauma-informed coach, and holistic doctor.
